RETURNS POLICY

  1. Pathfinder Prepper carefully inspects all products before shipment. Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. Our line of products available to order on the website are clearly listed when you select an item to purchase, however, if you receive the incorrect product or a product with a defect, please notify Accounts @ Pathfinder Prepper within 24 hours of receipt.
    Defective Products will be replaced with new Products once our investigation has been satisfactory concluded. Returned Products will not be accepted if it is held for more than 5 days after receipt.

  2. To return a product, it must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 5 days of receipt. Pathfinder Prepper will not accept returns of goods that have been opened or tampered with, nor will Pathfinder Prepper accept returns of custom or specialty kits.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. To return a product, contact Accounts @ Pathfinder Prepper to receive a Return Product Authorization and return instructions.

  3. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. When returning a product for credit or replacement, you must provide both the original invoice number and the reason for return.

Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation.

Non-returnable items:
Special orders, custom kits, sterile items, custom ordered products, incomplete kits, food items and items that are damaged or items determined by Pathfinder Prepper to not be in resalable condition.

STAND-A-LONE FOOD ITEM RETURN POLICY

Other than defective or incorrect orders, (see Par. 1 above), due to the nature of the products being food items, for safety reasons, no returns are possible.

STAND-A-LONE FOOD DELIVERY WINDOW

We endeavor to get out each order ASAP. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

SHIPPING POLICY (NOT FOOD)

Stock items usually ship within 48 hours after receipt of order. A longer lead time should be expected on high volume or custom items. Pathfinder Prepper Accounts will work to coordinate expected ship dates at time of entry. We reserve the right to choose the best method of delivery to meet the customer’s requirement. All shipping costs and liability is the responsibility of the buyer / purchaser as soon as the products leave our warehouse (FOB origin) and will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Orders shipping to an APO or FPO will ship U.S. Mail per U.S. Postal requirements.

Pathfinder Prepper does not assume responsibility for identifying the regulatory approvals necessary for items or components intended for international sales. When such approvals are required, it is the duty of the purchasing agent / buyer to secure all necessary waivers to ensure compliance. Additionally, Pathfinder Prepper is not liable for covering any costs related to exporting, tariffs, insurance, customs, or wire transfer fees associated with international sales or orders.

DROPSHIPPING POLICY

  1. Order Processing and Shipping:
  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Typically, delivery takes 7-21 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order status.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
  1. Product Availability:
  • Stock Levels: Our products are sourced from various suppliers. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, there may be occasions when a product is out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions.
  1. Returns and Refunds:
  • Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@pathfinderprepper.shop. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
